Angling/Fly Fishing Haakgat

Haakgat is a very popular surfing, wind surfing and kite surfing spot situated between Big Bay and Melkbosstrand. Due to the deep beach and strong current along the shore, the shore break can be a bit nasty and the spot is only recommended for very experienced riders. It's also great for angling and fly fishing. Be warned, parking space at the beach is limited.
