The Dutch Reformed Church in Calitzdorp is located in the main road of the town and is also a national monument. In the hall behind the church you will find bible illustrating tapestries woven by devoted congregants many years ago. For those interested in organ music; a free recital of organ music is done every weekday at 18:00 in the church. The Dutch Reformed Church's history dates back to the 1570's and originates from the Netherlands.
