The Resort is n the heart of the Swartland at Misverstand Dam is about an hour's drive from Cape Town and a great option for a weekend breakaway. They offer accommodation in cottages, houses and a caravan and camping site.

Campsites are well grassed with a view of the Berg River with 10 tent sites and 5 caravans sites.

All the sites are situated close to water, and vary in distance from 5 metres to 25 metres.

The restaurant is well worth a visit, and Elani can also be booked for events and parties. They are not that busy during the week but its necessary to book well in advance for weekends.

Please specify if you are bringing a normal ground tent, roof top tent, caravan or “bushwacker”. Caravans sites cannot be used for
normal ground tents and tents sites are inaccessible to caravans. Electricity is supplied, please bring along your own extension lead.

Please note that we also do experience loadshedding at Club Elani. Just as much as everyone else does in Cape Town. On the app, Eskom se Push, we fall under : De Brug (15) Eskom Direct, Swartland, Western Cape, so that you are aware of when we do have loadshedding.
