Food made with Passion! by Chef Alma. Home-made style food with a hearty taste, and warm, welcoming atmosphere created by owners Peter and Alma, served in the building built in 1964. Tuesdays is 10% off the a la carte menu, Wednesday Curry buffet dinners, Friday fresh fish lunch and dinner, and Sunday is a plated Sunday lunch. Directions

Directions to ChefAlma@Groenvlei from Cape Town (470 km) are as follows: Continue along the N2 for approx 430kms, by-passing George (40km), through Wilderness (20km) and through Sedgefield (2km). Lake Pleasant is extremely well signposted on the N2, turn immediately right at the 'LAKE PLEASANT' and 'GROENVLEI' signs situated 2 kms after Sedgefield. Continue till just after the 1st speed-hump, the Restaurant is on the right, facing you.
