Jacobs Bay (Jacobsbaai) is a beautiful, little village halfway between Saldanha and Vredenburg on the West Coast. It stretches along the sea for over 2 km with beautiful bays, rocky outcrops and is often referred to as 'Namaqualand by the Sea'. Spring time flowering time is particularly beautiful. The access road was recently tarred. For more information visitors need to contact the Saldanha Bay Tourism Office.
