Milnerton is a suburb situated 11 kilometres to the north of Cape Town on your way to Bloubergstrand. It has great property opportunities, a beautiful lagoon and a 21 metre Lighthouse surrounded by a café, restaurant and a golf course. The area is known for its beautiful view of Table Mountain and the Cape Town city centre, but unfortunately it's also known for its strong winds. The Century City suburb is situated in the Milnerton area, with the popular Canal Walk shopping centre. With 400 shops and the Ratanga Junction theme park located next door, it is the largest retail and entertainment centre in Africa.
