Kleinemonde is a small town situated just 20km from Port Alfred and is an attractive tourism destination with stretches of white sandy beaches, tidal pools and intermittent sand dunes. The town is situated within the Cacadu District Municipality and is best described as a seaside village, a little bit of town and a little bit of country. Great place for ultimate relaxation in peaceful environment. The town lies between twin rivers of East and West Kleinmond. The banks of the river are rich in indigenous vegetation and ancient cycads. This place is great for anglers with various fish species found in these rivers. This town do not have much facilities except for a place to eat, shop and a fuel station. Most facilities can be found in Port Alfred. For more information about this small town, visitors need to contact the Sunshine Coast Tourism Office in Port Alfred.
