Mkuze is a small town situated in the Northern part of the KZN province of South Africa. It is on the N2 highway towards Johannesburg. This town is in a rural setting with main economic sector on concentrated sugar cane crops as well as isolated forest plantations and cattle farming on fields which were previously cotton farming areas. Reachable by railway as it is located on the freight railway line which runs from Swaziland to Durban, by road as it is along the main N2 highway and there is a small airstrip. This town is small with only a few townhouses, however the town mainly support the surrounding communities and farmers from Ubombo and Ezimbidleni among others.
