FUEL:
There is no fuel available here. The nearest airport is at East London, about 40 min away. (Oct-14).
MARSH STRAND TO HAGA HAGA:
During low tide one can walk through the Haga Haga River mouth to Marsh Strand. It's about a 30 min walk. Or if you have a 4WD you can drive through the river mouth, and there is a ramp on the Haga Haga side of the river close to the hotel. One can also drive around on gravel to Marsh Strand and it takes about 30 minutes. (Oct-14).

The pub and restaurant is open to day visitors at the hotel. (Oct-14).
ROAD CONDITIONS:
The gravel roads to Haga Haga are suitable for any vehicle. (Oct-14).
SHOPS:
The shop in Haga Haga sells items such as wood, ice-creams, cooldrinks, chips, sweets, magazines and other small necessities. But to stock up you would need to purchase items in East London or Beacon Bay. (Oct-14).
Liquor can be purchased at the small shop inside the Haga Haga Hotel - at the 'Beachcomber shop'. They also sell sandals, swimwear and limited fishing tackle. (Oct-14).
