“My brother has booked and paid for his reservation at White Clay self catering chalets. On his arrival on the 8th of October 09, he was told by the personnel that the owner has left a message for him that his place was no longer available and that they do not have a room for him and his family. On the owner's return later that day she explained to him that she had to cancel his room because she has received another bigger booking for longer, in other words, MORE MONEY. They ended up sleeping in a caravan come chalet that was provided to them by White Clay at a reduced rate. If White Clay is more interested in larger group bookings, they should not accept smaller bookings as a backdoor. They can not have it both ways.” - Henk Smit, 2009/10/09
