The resort lies on the beach approximately 26km south of Margate and 10km north of the Wild Coast Sun in the KZN province of South Africa. There are 139 level, well grassed sites with 20 amp breakers. Also 2 river tents with the luxury of two modern ablution blocks well-spaced between the sites. The ablutions are classy. The camp has a 4-star rating. Sites vary in size, but are approx 8 x 10 m. In addition, there are 62 self catering chalets, a modern conference facility, shop and restaurant. Also 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, a putt-putt course, 2 dormitories with own kitchen facilities and a hall. Take your own braai.

Directions
Take the N2 South from Durban to Port Shepstone. After the Oribi toll gate (R18 as at 28 June 2010) keep on to Port Edward, it will become the R61. You will pass Trafalgar, Palm Beach, Munster, Glenmore and Leisure Crest/Leisure Bay North. Take the Leisure Bay South/Torquay off ramp, keep left, follow road signs to T O Strand. At Blackpool Street, turn right into Bournemouth Avenue. The entrance will be 50 m ahead.
