Dam/Lake Wagendrift Dam

The Wagendrift Dam is situated in the Wagendrift Reserve just outside the town of Estcourt in KwaZulu Natal. Activities include fishing, sailing and hiking but there is also an abundance of birdlife to keep ornithologists occupied. Two caravan parks with hot and cold water are available, as well as a youth camp used mainly for organised school- or church camps. Finally, one fully-equipped four-bedded cottage is also available as a self-catering unit.
