Angling/Fly Fishing Cape Morgan Lighthouse Fishing

Cape Morgan Lighthouse is one of the four lighthouses along the Wild Coast.The fully automated lighthouse was built in 1964. It is a 3km walk or drive along the coastline from Kei Mouth. A path leads down from there to some good fishing spots.

The lighthouse is inside a fence and sometimes the boom gate is closed to restrict entry. There is no admission fee, viewing is permitted.

Directions

Walk to the end of the beach and along the path along the hill until you reach the old mine's seawater pump station, then follow the path up through the forest to the lighthouse.
