Falcon Ridge Birds of Prey is a conservation center in the Champagne Valley of indigenous raptors and is base to ongoing research, breeding and rehabilitation projects for birds of prey. The sanctuary is home to a wide selection of captive-bred or ‘non-releasable rehabilitation’ birds of prey. Champagne Valley provides an excellent opportunity for visitors to see these magnificent sky warriors in action. Daily shows, from 10h30am - 12h30am, include an informative talk and a memorable performance of avian acrobatics, as the resident birds of prey swoop down to seize tasty morsels of meat midair.
