This cheese is made on the River Glen Farm, situated just outside of Underberg, on the banks of the Umzimkulu River. A small herd of Jersey cows produce the milk from which this cheese is made. A very quality controlled process is followed with the cheese making, with no preservatives, colourants etc. used in their cheeses. You can visit this cheesery, and view a part of their cheese making process through a window. You can taste samples of their various cheeses in their shop, and purchase cheese directly from them. There is no cheese making tour available here.
