This picnic spot on the Hennops Eco-trail has braai (barbeque) facilities and a lapa. Hennops has played a pioneering role in encouraging Gauteng city dwellers to get out there and have fun with their 4x4s. And, despite fresh competition from a number of new trails in the area, it remains one of Gauteng's most popular destinations, thanks to its picturesque setting, rugged and rocky terrain and proximity to Johannesburg, Sandton and Pretoria. Easy access from major centres makes it ideal for a quick refresher course or a familiarisation drive for new 4x4 owners.
