Klein-Kariba Resort is situated on the bushveld tourist route about 90min away from Johannesburg. It is near the Waterberg Mountains and offers a real bushveld stay. They offer a variety of accommodation options such as units, flats, mountain houses, wooden houses, tent houses, caravan/camping facilities and a youth hostel. Facilities at the resort include a restaurant, take-away and a grocery shop. They also cater for the ideal bush wedding; with a stone chapel it has room for 120 people. They have 73 camping sites which are shaded with trees and they have power points. The ablution blocks all have hot water and each stand has its own braai facility, and all the activities are within walking distance. Activities include putt-putt, volleyball, squash, tennis, hiking trails, horse-riding, 4×4 and quad bike routes, game drives, fishing, peddle and rowing-boats, golf, lapa, rugby field, cycling, snooker and pool, jukskei, warm indoor and outdoor swimming pools, super tube, action-packed holiday programmes in high season.

“Klein Kariba is a nice clean ,well-managed resort. The very rough steps to the mountain cottages are an obstacle for the elderly or handicapped people. Rather stay in the Dam cottages.” -
