Boschfontein Gastehuis is situated on a private game reserve, close to the Marakele Nature Reserve, the guesthouse offers a comfortable and cosy accommodation to the nature lover. The rooms are decorated luxuriously with a wildlife theme. They also have a Lapa and braai (barbeque) facilities. It is only 2 hours away from Johannesburg and to get away for the weekend and explore the nearby town Thabazimbi and the local attractions. Its location has some spectacular views of the Waterberg Mountain range as well as views over the open plains where Impala, Kudu, Blesbuck, Ostrich, Baboons, Warthog and Wildebeest roam. There is also over a 100 bird species found in this area. Guests can relax at the pool or take a walk in the area.

Note that Boschfontein no longer offers camping.
