Campsites set amongst the trees close to the river. Each campsite has 220V plugs and electric lights. Ablution blocks with flush toilets and hot showers are available. Drinks are available from the lounge area and meals can be enjoyed at the main lodge. Reservations for meals are essential.

8km south of the radio mast in Shakawe you'll find a left turn off the tar road. This sandy track will lead you east, crossing the old road up the Panhandle for about 3km.
