“Morija is the headquarters of the Lesotho Evangelical Church, 40 km south of Maseru in Basotholand. It was started by the missionaries Arbousset, Casalis and Josselin in 1833, and is now an educational centre. The name is derived from the biblical Moriah (Gen. 22:2; 2, Chr. 3:1), meaning ‘provided by the Lord’.” -
