Nhlangano is the capital city of the Shiselweni province and is the fourth largest city in Swaziland. Nhlangano is a Swahili name which means 'meeting place ' in English. The city was formerly called ' Goedgegun.' The local council have embarked on a major project to revamp/ renovate the town buildings. This is the closest town to Mahamba border post, which borders South Africa. The city is reachable by road as it is well connected to Manzini and other towns with good tarred road. Several minibuses travel daily to and from Manzini. For more information visitors can contact the Nhlangano Town Council Offices as there is no tourism office. (Mar-14).
