Travellers that wish to exit Namibia at this point, will have to pass customs and immigration at another point in Namibia. On the Angolan side, the Mucusso Border Post is an official, gazetted border post with customs and immigration, so it is possible to enter Angola here, provided that you have passed through customs and immigration elsewhere in Namibia.
