Sandwani Adventure 4x4 Trail is situated 15km from Cullinan on a private game reserve. The trail offers some unusual obstacles like old quarry excavations. The trail includes various grades of obstacles. Driving the trail in wet weather is very different from doing so in dry conditions; the reason for this is the soil has a clay content which makes it very slippery. This trail offers great training for any experienced or novice driver. They will provide you with a map for the trail. They welcome off-road bikes and quad bikes, but there are separate tracks for them they will not be allowed to use the 4x4 tracks. They offer a self-drive family 4x4 route with obstacles ranging from beginner to Expert. Their fees are ZAR100 per vehicle and ZAR40 per person (day fees)(29-Aug-11). They are open from Tuesdays to Sundays and closed on Mondays. There is a restaurant on site, they also offer camping/caravan facilities and 2 self-catering Rondavels. Activities include game drives, 4x4 routes, quad bikes, paintball, mountain biking, walks, volleyball, bow hunting (in season) and nearby activities include micro lighting, hot air balloon rides, 2 x lion parks, Mystic Monkeys and Feathers zoo, The Carousel Casino, Cullinan Historical Town, A shooting range.
