Paul Cluver Wines is situated in the Elgin Valley, about 70km south-east of Cape Town. The Cluver family has owned the property since 1896. They produce elegant wines which expresses the terroir. They have a amphitheatre where events take place. Wine tasting can be done from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, (summer) Saturday 09:00 to 15:00 and (winter)Saturday 10:00 to 14:00. They are open public holidays in the summer Mondays to Fridays 09:00 to 17:00 and winter 09:00 to 15:00, but they are closed on Good Friday, Family day, Christmas day and New years day.
