Voetplaatpark is a holiday resort and often referred to as the jewel of KZN. The resort is situated close to the beach facing the Indian Ocean. Guests have a choice to stay in thatched chalets or in caravan park. The caravan park have up to 50 paved sites. There are divided into ordinary sites, luxury sites and super luxury sites. The ordinary sites are only available to guests if the luxury sites are fully booked. The luxury sites and super luxury sites have private ablution, a private kitchen and bathroom with toilet, basin and bath. There is a separate block with communal ablution blocks, there is also a pool and a lapa. There is also a game room, laundry and jungle gym. There is a take away onsite. For caravans a key deposit is payable on arrival, refundable on departure. Pets are not allowed at the resort.
