ACCESS:
All camps are accessible with a normal vehicle but its' advisable to use a 4x4 pick-up due to unpredictable weather conditions. (Mar-12).
CHALET INFO:
Reportedly, the chalets here don't have any braai facilities. Parking and waterhole is a bit of a walk away from the chalets.
GATES (Campsite Gates):
The campsite gates open with sunrise and sunset - so it works with the park/main gates and changes weekly. All entry gates work according to sunset-sunrise. So if you arrive late, you can’t get in.
PARK FEES:
Note: Park fees are paid on arrival to Ministry of Environment & Tourism and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
“Like all camping areas within Etosha, this site is extremely popular. There are always overlander trucks and groups. Pre-booking essential at NWR.” - Mietsie Visser, 2014/03/05
