Oudekloof is a charmingly restored Cape Dutch farmhouse, nestled on the slopes of the Obiqua mountains. Guest has the opportunity to stay in the luxuriously-appointed Cape Dutch manor house on a bed-&-breakfast or self-catering basis. Guests enjoy a secluded retreat with many activities for outdoor and nature enthusiasts, including hiking, mountain biking, bird watching, and sight-seeing or wine-tasting in the historic valley.

DIRECTIONS-from Cape Town 1. Take N1 towards Paarl 2. Take Klapmuts/Wellington turnoff (R44) turning left 3. Just before Wellington, turn left (Hermon/Ceres) following R44 4. Continue this road through the Nuwekloof Pass where it becomes the R46 5. Follow the signs for Tulbagh into the village. 6. Once in Van der Stel street (main road) you will reach a 4-way stop, just past the Spar 7. Turn left and drive along the road (2km) until you see a small church perched on the hillside on a farm called Montpellier on the left hand side of the road. You will also see a sigh for Oudekloof 8. Turn left onto the dirt road and immediately right, going through Montpellier's gates 9. You will pass Montpellier farm on your right. Continue on for another 300m until you come to a small river. Cross the river and continue straight another 4 km. 10. You will see Oudekloof on the mountainside to your right. 11. Continue through the gate and follow the drive to the residence.
