Forest Valley Cottages (Self-catering) has the ideal, perfect, Honeymoon and get-away couples vacation cottages for couples then family getaways with beautiful views of the surrounding indigenous trees. The rooms have queen sized beds and clean quality linen. All the rooms have en suite bathrooms, coffee/tea making facilities, some have a Jacuzzi/spa, satellite television. All have a wood fired fireplaces, shower and private balcony overlooking a beautiful forest valleys and mountains surrounding Knysna, 15mins away, by car 8mins from the Knysna lagoon. Other facilities and services also includes a sparkling swimming pool and safe off-street parking/daily housekeeping/tea, coffee, sugar and milk/Lavender scented, bath salts. (16-Sept-2015).

Driving from the Cape Town 6hrs/George 45mins/Wilderness 30mins /Sedgefield 13mins, 13km pass Buffalo Bay/up the hill/next left turn to Rheenendal/take it for 6km /further on the right at 5km pass Phantom pass/500m pass Mother Earthworms/next drive of x2/ Forest Valley Cottages, take the furthest one/up 300m go right at The Reception sign and come to the office! Booking in is generally after 2pm and departure 10am.

From the Port Elizabeth 2.5hrs, round the lagoon, over the white bridge, up the hill and turn right to Rheenendal near the top, right, take it for 6km.
