Keys for this gate must be prearranged and collected. This is a private camp and game farm situated right on the Breede river. There is a honesty kiosk at the campsite stocking wood, firelighters, bottled water etc. So you take what you want and put the money according to the price list into a box. The campsites are on the river's edge, grassed a limited shading. There are electrical points. Not more than 8 people or 2 vehicles per camping spot is allowed. This is a good spot for fishing, species like carp and black bass can be caught here. There is also a short 4x4 route that can be driven at own risk. Canoeing and swimming is possible in the river. Canoes can be hired on the premises, tariff rates are in the honesty kiosk.
