Cremorne Estate Holiday Resort lies at the foot of Mount Sullivan Forest Reserve, on the bank of the Mzimvubu River. Cremorne Estate lies opposite Mount Thesiger Forest Reserve which has a Landing Strip on the flat top with magnificent views of the ocean and surrounding hills and valleys.

Available for guests stay are Self-Catering units, fully equipped which can be booked with either a single en-suite bedroom with a kitchen and lounge or 2 en-suite bedrooms with a kitchen and lounge.
B&B: Single or sharing en-suite rooms with a deck facing the river. Each room has a fan, heater, kettle and a television with DSTV.

Cremorne has 14 Campsites on the river bank. Each campsite has a power supply and tap for water. Ablution blocks are situated behind the car park.

There are 10 fisherman Cabins close to the river bank. Each cabin has a deck facing the river mouth. Each cabin sleeps between 3 to 4 with a variety of bed options, 2 have a double bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 4), 6 have 2 bunks (sleeps 4) and 2 have a single bed and a bunk (sleeps 3). Each fisherman's cabins have Linen provided and there is a braai area outside each cabin. The ablutions are behind the car park at the main entrance. (May-16).

RAVELLING FROM LUSIKISIKI VIA DURBAN:
Head north, turn left toward R61, turn left onto R61. Turn left onto Ferry point Rd. Destination will be on the right.

TRAVELLING TO CREMORNE FROM MTHATHA:
Head east on Elliot Rd toward Madeira St/N2. Take the 1st right onto Madeira St/N2. Take the 1st left onto R61, turn left to stay on R61. Take the 1st right onto Ferry point Rd. Destination will be on the right, 1,1 km at Cremorne Estate.

AREA INFO:
Port St John's town lies at the Mzimvubu river mouth and is surrounded by towering cliffs and unspoilt forests. Mount Thesiger and Mount Sullivan are home to Vervet monkeys, Samango monkeys, Baboons, rock and tree Hyraxes, Genets, Otters and many other small mammals and Insects. Leopards are a rare sighting.

There are almost 300 bird species in this area and Cape Parrot, Fish Eagles, Pipets are seen swooping down the river and over the forests.
