Booking

Simonskloof Campsite is situated in the Simonskloof Mountain Retreat, deep in the Langeberg Mountains. The retreat is located 50km outside Montagu. Established in 1999, Ninon & Jurgen created a DOWN TO EARTH and off-grid and eco-friendly 2000ha retreat, a unique hideaway to rest, relax and recharge your weary soul.

Down to Earth, private, spacious and off-grid (No power points) campsites. Most sites have some shade, grass and their own water taps (Mountain spring water). The 8 sites are spread out around a 300+ year old oak tree. Ablutions are eco-friendly compost toilets and hot water showers with a traditional “Donkey-boiler” or gas geyser. NOT suitable for standard caravans.
