The Namalikhate Lodge overlooks the Nadzipokwe River and is located a short distance from the Mua Mission, Kungoni Cultural Centre and Chamare Museum, Art Gallery and Showroom. Accommodation is provided in five chalets decorated by crafts from the Kungoni Cultural Centre, and camping is available in the Botanic Garden. The Mua Mission is known for the quality of the wood carvings made and sold there. The Kungoni Centre of Culture & Art was established in 1976 by a Canadian missionary Fr. Claude Boucher Chisale. The Mua Mission was founded by the White Fathers in 1902. The accommodation sleeps 20 people in 10 twin bed African chalets, on a bed and breakfast basis. (Updated Apr-16).
