Hiking hut at Mt Mulanje hiking trails managed by the Mountain Club of Malawi (MCM). Hut is situated on the south-east of the Mulanje plateau, built above streams with waterfalls and pools. Available are two rooms, sleeping up to 12 people. The hut is the base for hiking Manene (2,650m) and other nearby peaks. There is a watchman at the hut for helping with fetching water and firewood.
