Self Drive Access :  No

You are strongly advise that you hire a vehicle with a high ground clearance. (example: 4x4, 2x4) due to the conditions of some of the dirt roads leading up to the Madikwe Game Reserve and in the reserve itself.

You are advised to fill up with fuel at Sun City Village which is shortly after the Sun City Entrance gates on your right.

There is no fuel available once in Madikwe Game Reserve.

Please call the Lodge once you have reached Sun City so that we can ensure someone is at the gate to meet you. We suggest arriving at the gate just before 12:30 or just after 14:00. We cannot accept early check in arrivals without prior arrangement. At the gate sign posted MADIKWE CONSERVANCY PRIVATE GAME RESERVE. Please wait here to be met by a Morukuru Staff member - they will escort you through to the lodge.
