Shumbalala Game Lodge is situated on the banks of the Monwana River in the Thornybush Game Reserve. The lodge is not accessible by private vehicles and guests are collected by the rangers. Each suite has a telephone, mini bar, tea-and-coffee making facilities, air conditioner, safe and mosquito net. It is important to note that children cannot be accommodated at the lodge. Even though the lodge is situated in a low risk area for malaria, guests are still advised to take precautions. The Wi-Fi is charged at ZAR 50 per twenty four hours. The lodge has the facilities necessary to accommodate disabled guests. Activities include game drives and guided walks.
