FROM CAPE TOWN:
Take the N1 towards Paarl. As you approach Century City take the Sable Road // N7 - Malmesbury // Goodwood off-ramp (please ensure that you are in either of the left two lanes). Pass Century City on your left and take the second off-ramp - sign-posted N7 Malmesbury. Follow the N7 all the way to Malmesbury. The off-ramp into Malmesbury makes a sharp bend to the left. At the T-Junction turn left into Bokomo Road. Pass one set of traffic lights and large Sasko silos on your right-hand side. At the second set of traffic lights turn left and immediately right again, following the signage to Paarl //Ceres // Riebeek Kasteel. Follow the road up a small hill and at the old church on the top of the hill turn right again, following the signs to Riebeek Kasteel (this is a very small insignificant looking road and can be easily missed). Follow this road until you see a turn-off to the left marked R46 - Riebeek Kasteel.
You will continue along the R 46 for about 10 km and travel over the Bothmanskloof Pass, which affords you stunning views over the Riebeek Valley. There is a look-out at the top of the pass, should you wish to have a pit stop. As you come down the pass you will pass Kloovenburg Winery on your left-hand side, and immediately after Kloovenburg you will turn left into Riebeek Kasteel. You will travel along the top end of Riebeek Kasteel and continue along the same road for about 4 km until you reach Riebeek West. Continue along the main road of Riebeek West and as you get to the end of the village you will see a sign on your left saying ''Church Hills Boutique Accommodation''. Turn left at that sign into Long Str and we are about 100 m up Long Str. on your left-hand side.
FROM CAPE TOWN AIRPORT:
Take the N2 Cape Town Exit out of the airport. Once you are on the N2 towards Cape Town take the Vanguard Drive off-ramp. Turn right into Vanguard Drive, pass through Epping Industrial. Vanguard Drive becomes the N7 to Malmesbury - you then how to reach the guest house as above.
For a more scenic route from the airport (although it is further in distance): Take the N2 Somerset West Exit out of the airport. Once you are on the N2 towards Somerset West take the R 300 off-ramp (Bellville). Continue on the R 300 until it ends in a T-type junction. At that junction bear RIGHT onto the N1 - Paarl. Continue along the N1 towards Paarl until you see the Wellington off-ramp. Take that off-ramp and turn left onto the R44 towards Wellington. Follow the R44 all the way to Wellington. At the traffic lights just outside Wellington turn left, still on the R 44, towards Hermon. At Hermon turn left onto the R 46 to Riebeek Kasteel. Take the second turn off to the right into Riebeek Kasteel and follow how to reach the guest house as above.
