Mongoose Corner is a 3 bedroom double storey villa situated in Selborne Park Golf Estate on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, which has matured into one of South Africa's most eye-catching golf courses, described as the Augusta of South Africa.
The downstairs bedroom has twin beds is en-suite and looks out over the manicured garden area. The spacious main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, is en-suite and overlooks glorious sub-tropical vegetation through large windows. The second upstairs bedroom has two single beds and is en-suite. This exclusive villa house can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and has 1x double bed and 4x single beds.
The lounge is beautifully decorated in shades of brown accented with highlights of vibrant red and is modernly furnished two double seater couches, side tables and a minimalistic display unit with a large flat screen TV and full DSTV Bouquet.
The dining room is open-plan to the lounge and has an eight seater dining room table and leads out to the undercover verandah with built in braai area and outdoor furnishings.
A modern kitchen adjoins the open-plan dining area, fully equipped with modern self-catering appliances including stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine etc and has beautiful marble work counters. (Jan-17).

From King Shaka International Airport:
60 Minutes' Drive South along the N2 Freeway from King Shaka International Airport Durban. Head southwest (700m) and take the first left onto Mdloti Street (2.3km). Keep right at the fork and merge onto the N2 (102km). Take Exit 93 onto the R102 towards Esperanza / Sezela (350m). Turn left onto the R102 - Selborne Park Golf Estate will be on your left.

This stunning home is situated within Selborne Park Golf Estate which was established in 1985 as South Africa's first golf estate. Set around the natural rocks and contours of the fertile indigenous coastal forest, Selborne offers unparalleled natural beauty and tranquillity.
Just 100 kilometers (60 minutes drive) south along the N2 Freeway from King Shaka International Airport, Durban, Pennington has an enviable warm subtropical climate. Long stretches of uninterrupted white beaches are glorious for long walks, swimming and fishing. During the winter months hundreds of dolphins and many whales can be seen along this coastline.
The small coastal town of Pennington has a variety of small shops catering for all daily necessities. Pennington also has several lovely restaurants including Selborne Hotel Restaurant, Ironwood Lodge & Yellowwood Nursery.
