Zwakala River Retreat is situated on a privately owned farm in the beautiful Magoebaskloof Mountains. Guests have a choice to stay in self catering cottages and cabins and also in private camping sites on the banks of a river. Some of the cottages and cabins make use of candlelit at night as there do not have electricity connectivity but the farm house and barn house have electricity connection. The cottages have fully equipped self catering kitchen, with a gas stove, fridge, fireplace, outside braai area and a deck overlooking the river. Guests can also choose to camp at the Kholo's Campsite situated on the banks of the river just below a beautiful waterfall with a refreshing pool. The campsite have a shower, toilet and accessible only by a 4x4 vehicle.
