Camping is a large grassy area within a well maintained garden setting. The ablutions are basic, but clean. At times there may not be hot water for showering. As the facility has no fencing, there are a number of local people who will offer travellers their services. There are pools and waterfalls at the base of Mt. Mulanje, that are within easy walking distance of the campsite.
