“The Lebombo Mountain range lies on the border between Mpumalanga/Swaziland and Mozambique. In Zulu, bombo means "which way do you want to go”. It can also refer to a mountain range. The early migrants probably used the Lebombos as a landmark during their travels southwards.” - Chris Smit, 2024/05/02
