Paul and Nicky Wallace purchased the 25 hectare farm in September 2003. Paul is a viticultural consultant and here at last he could practice what he has advised. The Golden Delicious and Granny Smith orchards have been replaced by plantings of different variety of wines, changing the face of the farm entirely. This is a small family business where Paul oversees the vineyards and Nicky, with her commercial retail background, is the glue that holds the admin, sales and marketing together and Bobby their youngest son it the winemaker. The existing farmworkers cottages was converted into 3 self-catering cottages. The 4th cottage was converted into a tasting room which is open every Saturday from 10:30am - 5pm. They also offer tasting during the week but by prior arrangement only.
