Birdwatching Great Zimbabwe Ruins Birding Hotspot

Sunbirds are attracted to the flowering plants around the Great Zimbabwe Ruins, including the Miombo Double-collared Sunbird, Bariable Sunbird and Scarlet-chested Sunbird. Mocking Cliff-chat and the Familiar Chat can be found around the walls of the Great Enclosure while Purple-crested Turaco and African Emerald Cuckoo can be heard in the nearby forest.
