PLEASE NOTE: Cyclone Freddy passed through this area in March 2023 and as of August 2024, some routes to this campground are still not usable due to road and bridges being washed away. It is recommended to contact the owner, Billy and determine the best route to the camp ground.
Owned and operated by a Malawian family, this rustic camp is located along the Shire river, adjoining the Liwonde National Park. Meals can be prepared if ordered in advance. Game drives and boat trips into Liwonde NP will require entrance fees to be paid on arrival at the park.
