Loftus Versfeld Stadium is situated in Pretoria, Tswane Municipality in the Gauteng province of South Africa. This stadium is home to the Blue Bull Rugby team. This is one of the oldest stadium in South Africa dating back to 1903, with the first concrete structure which catered for 2000 built in 1923 by the City council. This stadium was used for both rugby and soccer matches and was upgraded and renovated for use in the 2010 World Cup Tournament which was hosted by South Africa. To date the stadium have a seating capacity of 50 000 spectators. Available are park and ride facilities with a rail service, run by Metrorail directly to the stadium and a long distance and partial bus system to one of the park and ride centres.There is also a park and walk facility.
